Some 17 year old is suing Amazon.com for Removable of a book on Kindle. I think it’s stupid . how about you?
Amazon.com apologized for what they did. I am sure they will compensate their lost with gifts certificate and stuff.. but this kid is suing ..obviously to get more out of Amazon.com . Amazon didn’t steal their password or credit cards, but they should of warn customers beforehand. I just think this kid is waiting to cash in from some great invention.
Is this over 1984?
If it was , then I think Amazon should lose. They didn’t have the rights to the book when they sold it and when they found out they’d illegally sold it, they merely deleted it from everyone’s kindle (which they have passwords to do), without authorization form the owners. All they compensated people for was the original cost of the download. That’s it? They sell a stolen work and then just delete it all and pretend that everything is OK then?
