I have vista home premium and I want windows 7 ultimate so I bought windows 7 upgrade NOW here’s the thing some people are telling me you cant do a clean install with the upgrade version and that I have to get the full version I KnOw that’s not true because other people have still done it.
So how do I do a Clean Install with windows 7 ultimate upgrade edition?
i have the same as you and i didnt do a clean install , i think thats why its called an upgrade as you are upgrading it from 1 point to another , i just inserted the disc and let it load up and entered the KEY number when prompted and all my files and anything else i had on my previous VISTA were all still there , is there a reason you want to clean install as it wont take up any less or more space from an upgrade and any vista drivers work in windows 7 also
